How It Works
GotHired.ai takes your CV and any job posting, then gives you a full AI-powered analysis in seconds. Three steps to get started:
Upload your CV
Head to your Profile and upload your CV as a PDF. This is the base the AI uses for all analysis.
Paste a job posting
On the Matches page, click "Analyze New Job" and paste the full job description. Smart Paste extracts the title, company, and role details automatically.
Review your analysis
GotHired.ai runs the full analysis and presents results across seven tabs — match score, cover letter, gap analysis, and more.
Your Analysis
Every job you analyze gets a dedicated page with seven tabs. All tabs are available on every plan.
Match Score
A 0–100 score showing how well your CV fits the role, with matched skills and missing keywords.
Cover Letter
A personalized cover letter ready to copy, send by email, or download as PDF, DOCX, or TXT.
Gap Analysis
Critical, important, and nice-to-have skill gaps — with a suggested learning roadmap.
Tailored CV
Your CV rewritten for the specific role. Download as PDF, DOCX, or TXT.
Company Insights
Real-time research on the company — culture, recent news, and what to expect in interviews.
Interview Prep

Tracking Applications
The Matches page is your central hub. Switch between a kanban board and a table view — whichever you prefer. Update the status of each application as it progresses.
